You first need a client torrent, utorrent my opinion is better. Install that then you can open the torrent. Also in response to a final response torrents are not illegal in itself, are simply a way for people to share data, which certainly could be illegal. So please why betray their ignorance, if you know what you're talking about why not keep quiet.
